Our first ever sparkling wine was made entirely from our estate grown Gamay Noir. The grapes are nestled between silt bluffs and volcanic rock. With a lake influence, the vineyard has a very unique geographical indication the brings out fruit forward notes of Strawberry and Peach surrounded by light soft bubbles. Enjoy at sunset to finish off the day.
