Our 2017 Merlot is probably our heaviest and boldest yet. Showcasing deep layered flavours of back cherry, plum and blackberry with a smooth vanilla finish. The nose intrigues at first scent with dark berries, licorice, vanilla and a subtle hint of crushed violets. Made with a combination of both French and American oak, this vintage is ready to enjoy now or lay down for aging to see a further depth of character.
